Are you craving a dish that combines the savoury goodness of pizza with the comforting warmth of pasta? Look no further than this Easy Pepperoni Pasta recipe.

This mouthwatering creation brings together the bold flavours of pepperoni, the creaminess of the cheese, and the satisfying texture of perfectly cooked pasta.

It’s a quick and simple meal that’s sure to please both kids and adults alike, making it ideal for busy weeknights or casual gatherings with friends.

Begin by gathering your ingredients.

You’ll need a large white onion, a sprig of green onion, garlic cloves, a large tomato, pepperoni, pasta, cheddar cheese, cooking cream, Parmesan cheese, and a blend of aromatic spices. Start by cooking your pasta in salted water until al dente, remembering to reserve some pasta water for later use.

While the pasta cooks, you can prepare your sauce.

Heat a large pan and sauté diced white onion and minced garlic until the onion turns translucent.

Add in the pepperoni and diced tomato flesh, cooking for a minute before sprinkling in your dried herbs and spices. This combination creates a fragrant base for your sauce.

Next, transform this savoury mixture into a creamy delight. Pour in the cooking cream and let it come to a gentle bubble. Add your shredded cheddar and a sprinkle of Parmesan, stirring constantly. Gradually incorporate some of the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.

Add your cooked pasta to the pan, gently tossing it with the creamy pepperoni sauce until every strand is coated.

Sprinkle in the sliced green onions for a pop of freshness and colour. Let the dish simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavours to meld into a harmonious blend.

Finally, it’s time to serve and savour your creation.

Divide the pepperoni pasta among plates or bowls, topping each serving with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

For an extra touch of indulgence, you might add a pat of butter or some red pepper flakes for heat.
