Slice chicken in half lengthways slather both sides and put in the fridge for two hours or overnight, this brings out the moisture out of the chicken and leaves it more flavourful.
Pretty heat oven to 400C or my preferred way of cooking on the bbq turn it on instead
Take chicken out of the fridge and wrap all four pieces of chicken with bacon (basically make the chicken into a ball with the bacon holding it together)
Season both sides of the chicken with pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Cook-off on whichever way you decide until both sides are crispy and the chicken is 165 degrees and fully cooked inside and enjoy.
