Balsamic Chicken Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast cubed
  • 3 Bacon Strips cooked then cut thin
  • 2 cups of Pasta
  • 1 Large Onion diced
  • 1-2 Handfulls of Spinach
  • 1 cup of Cherry Tomato halved
  • 4 garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of Cooking Cream 35% or 18%
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
  • 1/3 bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette
Optional:
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method
 

  1. Place medium pot with water bring to boil add salt and place in pasta cook for about 12 minutes. Drain and leave aside.
  2. Place large sauté pan on medium high heat add bacon once cooked removed from pan and set aside for later, use bacon, fat to cook the onion and garlic and wait a minute to sauté next add chicken seasoned with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cooked for five minutes or until no visible pink spots.
  3. Add spinach to pan and let sweat for one minute, add the flour and butter mixed together, then add the heavy cream let’s thicken up and add the balsamic dressing mixed together, next add the pasta and mixed together until coated, then add cherry tomatoes and the chopped up bacon.
  4. If often for cheese, add now and let melt otherwise ready to serve and enjoy!!
