Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • One box of chocolate cake
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • Not as much water as box we want it thicker then normal
  • One tub of chocolate fudge icying need very little of it
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • Butter or oil to spray
  • Icying sugar to top final cake
  • 6 Crème Brulé ramekins

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°C. Take ramekins and spray with either butter or oil to coat them. Next take a small portion of the cake mix and a tablespoon of granulated sugar and mixed together coat each ramekin with the mixture.
  2. Now take cake, oil and water and mix them in a large bowl, then take a portion of the cake to coat the bottom of each ramekin. Now take a small spoon and get the chocolate fudge frosting and place a small portion in the middle of each ramekins then fill it up with the rest of the cake mixture making sure the frosting stays in the middle.
  3. Place the ramekins on a cooking sheet and place in the oven 15 to 20 mins until cake is fully cooked. Let cool for about 10 to 15 mins.
  4. Take a plate and place it on top of the lava cake and then flip to remove them from the ramekins. Sprinkle icing sugar on the cake and serve, enjoy!!
