Chocolate Protein Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Protein chocolate or vanilla
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of syrup
  • 1/4 of Greek yogurt plain is fine but vanilla gives it more flavour
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Icing:
  • 1/3 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 M, Add flour, protein powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon to a bowl
  2. In a different bowl, add eggs, syrup, yogurt, and vanilla, and beat together.
  3. Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mixed together until it is a thick paste.
  4. Can donuts pan and grease it up spray grease works best now take mixture and pour it into a piping bag and piped into each mold. Be careful not to overfill.
  5. Place donut pan in oven and cook until it’s slightly rises. Take out of oven and let cool for just a few minutes.
  6. While they are cooling, take the chocolate chips and melt them in the microwave for 30 seconds then add peanut butter and oil to make the icing next donuts into the icing and place on a cooling rack.
