Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 seedless cucumber diced (with or without skin)
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 200 g feta cheese cubed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Combine the cucumber, tomato, and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, parsley, and thyme. Toss gently to combine.
