Ingredients

package of tortellini
cheese filling

of chicken stock

can of diced tomatoes

tomato sauce

of oil

of butter

of all-purpose flour

large onion
diced

cloves
of garlic
minced

teaspoon
of dried basil

teaspoon
of dried rosemary

teaspoon
of dried Italian seasoning

of grated Parmesan
1 1/2
cup
of fresh spinach
1/2
cup
of heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat up large pan, then add oil and butter. Let it warm up then add onion and let’s sweat for 3 to 5 minutes or until translucent.
Add garlic and flour and Let cook for an additional minute.
Add stock, tomato sauce, chopped tomato, and all the seasonings and the salt and pepper to taste. Taste and make sure it’s to your liking.
Keep on medium to high heat bring to boil, then add tortellini cook for a few minutes until the tortellini is fully cooked inside.
Reduce heat, add cream Parmesan cheese, and spinach. Stir in. Take off of heat and let cool for a few minutes then serve. Enjoy!!
