Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cucumber peeled and grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice preferred
  • 3/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the grated cucumber on a paper towel and squeeze out as much excess water as possible to prevent a watery sauce.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
