As I continue my health journey leading up to my wedding this July, I’ve realized that sustainable habits are everything.
Nutrition plays the biggest role in weight management, and while tracking calories felt overwhelming at first.
I’ve now lost 25 pounds and, more importantly, I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for wholesome, protein-packed meals.
This week, I wanted a sweet treat that wouldn’t derail my progress, so I whipped up these Chocolate Protein Donuts.

They’re soft, rich, and packed with protein.
During COVID, I had purchased these donut moulds since I was home all day and baking when I would get bored.
You don’t necessarily need them, but they definitely make the process way easier.

Why You’ll Love These Donuts
✔ High in protein (thanks to the protein powder & Greek yogurt!)
✔ Lower in sugar than traditional donuts
✔ Easy to make, they are ready in under 30 minutes

You could make them even lighter by using sugar-free syrup or skipping the chocolate drizzle, but let’s be real, the peanut butter glaze is everything.
